RETURNS POLICY
By Charlotte only accepts exchanges for rings if the customer requires another size in the same style. For all other purchases we will process a refund. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for pierced earring styles.  Any purchases made through By Charlotte must be returned to the head office within 10 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund or ring size exchange. 

To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care team here. Proof of purchase is required to initiate any returns. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and send through a Return Form.

Please note the following for all returns:

  • Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the By Charlotte box provided.
  • Items must be sent to the By Charlotte head office and will not be accepted in our Paddington boutique.

 

If your return does not adhere to any of the above, By Charlotte will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.
