Role Intention:

We are seeking a Full-Time Digital CRM Executive based in our Alexandria Head office. This role is newly introduced to our Digital team and will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the relationship between by charlotte and our customers. They will own our email and SMS channels and be responsible for their growth and optimisation. 

The ideal candidate will be a digital native with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role and an eagerness to make an impact in a growing business. They will align with the empowering culture we have fostered at by charlotte

This role will work closely with the Head of E-commerce and the wider Digital and Brand teams. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Email and SMS channels. 
  • Contribute to, lead & execute the digital marketing strategy for our Email & SMS channels. 
  • Managing relevant elements of our marketing calendar, including the planning & briefing of all EDM/SMS campaigns, flow builds and updates. 
  • Collaborate closely with our internal and external digital and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and help to drive campaigns that deliver results. 
  • Manage our automations & campaigns. With a thorough grasp on objectives and analytics, you will help to learn from results and drive performance by continually testing and elevating our content & strategy. 
  • Develop SEO copy to be used across Email & SMS campaigns where necessary that is on brand, engaging and performs. 
  • Monitor trade daily and complete regular reporting - providing insights & optimisations. 
  • Build and manage customer segments & drive growth for our database - ensuring our list is regularly cleaned, deliverability is optimised and our audiences are engaged and nurtured. 
  • Be immersed in the Ecommerce & CRM industry, to champion our channels and ensure we are on top of trends, platform developments & opportunities. Collaborating ideas and insights with the wider team. 
  • Budget and retainer management on a weekly basis. 
  • Assist with various projects including platform integrations, website upgrades, database management and loyalty program development. 
  • Support the Head of Digital and Digital department across best-in-class marketing activity. 

Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • 3 + years experience in a similar role along with relevant tertiary qualifications 
  • Excellent knowledge of digital landscape including trends and technology 
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and structuring content for Email & SMS channels that deliver business outcomes. 
  • Understanding of and ability to implement Email & SMS best practice principles. 
  • Demonstrated experience in channel management and optimisation for Email and SMS. Klaviyo experience is essential and experience in other platforms such as Okendo and Shopify is desirable but not essential. 
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, SEO, and reporting. 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. 
  • Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders. 
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
