The Engraving Process
The process of customising your keepsake is quick and seamless. Simply select from our curation of engravable pieces, choose your desired font and text, then let our in-house expert engravers weave their magic. We have a selection of engravable pieces available in 14k solid gold and sterling silver. We unfortunately cannot engrave 18k gold vermeil pieces. Please click here for all the engravable products.
Please allow an additional 1-2 days on top of our regular delivery timeframes for us to personalise your piece. Information about our regular delivery timeframes can be found here.
You can select up to five characters to be engraved on your keepsake.
Engraving is currently offered as an online-only service. However, you may place an order instore with our stylists and we will ship the engraved piece to your address once completed.
Engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned under our change of mind policy.
If you believe that your piece is faulty, please follow the instructions outlined in our Return Policy under “Faulty or Damaged Items”.
Due to the length of time and preparation which goes into engraving your jewellery, this service is not currently available for same-day delivery.
