Crafted with certified recycled 14k gold, this special piece features a horizontal hinge that opens to reveal a special memory or person kept close to your heart.

• Total CT weight: 0.0075 CT.
• Can be customised using our Engraving Service. 
• Engraving is placed on the back of the pendant.

• No Changing Photo: Once you have selected and uploaded your photo, it cannot be changed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct photo before submitting your order.
• One photo per locket order.

Processing Time:

• If you opt into our complimentary printing service, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. During a sale period, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
• Same day shipping is not available for personalised items.
  
• Quality of Images: Please note that the cropping and quality of your images are done in-house and may vary. We will do our best to ensure that your photo looks beautiful in your locket necklace, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to your original photo.
• Colour of Photos: Photos will be printed in colour as supplied. However, please note that due to differences in computer monitors and printers, the colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
• Printing Quality: Your image will be printed in colour on photo paper.

Inappropriate Photos:

• We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains inappropriate photos. Inappropriate photos include, but are not limited to, photos that are offensive, obscene, or infringe on the rights of others.
• By purchasing a Locket from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms and conditions, please contact Customer Care at customercare@bycharlotte.com.au before making your purchase.

Your privacy:

• We are committed to protecting your privacy at by charlotte. Once an order is placed with an image attached, the image will be stored on a 3rd party platform until the image is printed and dispatched with your locket.
• Your image will then be securely deleted from our systems, with only one copy being stored with your order details and protected by encryption on our E-commerce Platform. Your image will not be used for any other purposes without your explicit consent.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed during or after sale and promotional periods.

by charlotte accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. (Valid from Friday 1st November to Tuesday 31st December 2024) We do not accept returns on the following:

• Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the by charlotte box provided.
• All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.
