All orders are shipped from our warehouse in NSW, Australia. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any orders placed after 1pm will count towards the next business days packing list.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Once processed, your parcel will leave our warehouse with your choice of standard or express shipping carrier.
Please note, during and after seasonal sale and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 3-7 business days to be dispatched.

Shipping FAQ's
We offer international shipping to Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, The United States.
For international orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.
By Charlotte is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies. For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.
All By Charlotte jewellery purchases arrive in the signature pink By Charlotte box.
At the checkout, you will have the option of viewing and selecting premium gift-wrapping add-ons at an additional cost and have the option of writing a personalised message.
You will be updated on your order status during each step of the way. You will receive 3 email notifications:
1. Once your order has been placed. 2. When your order is being prepared.3. Once your order has been shipped.
You will receive your tracking number and link via email once your order has been shipped.
If you have a By Charlotte account, you can also access your tracking information via your account dashboard.
In the event where a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If the re-delivery is refused or parcel is unclaimed, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country.
Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are unclaimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
