Here you'll find everything you need to know about our domestic and international shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, and important updates for our community. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in NSW, Australia, and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm AEDT will be included in the next business day's dispatch schedule. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and processed. Once dispatched, your parcel will be sent with your choice of standard or express shipping carrier.

Due to recent changes in US customs regulations, some customers have experienced a significant increase in duties and taxes. These charges are set by US Customs and are outside of our control. We understand this can be frustrating and want to ensure you're informed before placing an order. Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and will be payable on delivery.
If you're unsure of potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase. Please be aware that DHL may have limited turnaround times for returning unclaimed items due to US customs pressure. If an item is refused at delivery or not cleared in time, it may be destroyed by customs. In such cases, we are unable to provide refunds. We strongly recommend staying in touch with DHL and our Customer Care team throughout the delivery process to avoid these issues.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If placed before 1pm AEDT, we’ll aim to dispatch it that same day. Processing times will vary during promotional or sales periods.
We offer both Standard and Express shipping through Australia Post. You can select your preferred option at checkout.
For orders within Australia, It depends on your location and the transit method you have chosen. Please refer to our Delivery Time frames above as a guide, and don’t forget to include processing times when calculating.
Yes, we ship worldwide from our Australian warehouse using DHL Express. We offer international shipping to Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, The United States.
DHL Express usually delivers within 3–14 business days, depending on your location. This may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.
- Yes. For domestic Australian orders a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. We recommend downloading the AusPost app, so you have clear visibility on transit movements.
- For international orders, DHL Express provides full tracking from dispatch to delivery, which you’ll receive via email.
- We offer free Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $150 and free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $200. This will be applied automatically at checkout.
- We offer free Express Shipping on New Zealand orders over $350NZD.
- $29AUD flat rate applies for the rest of the world.
Yes, if your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update your address. In the event our team can’t adjust this before the order leaves:
- For domestic Australian orders we recommend downloading the AusPost app, so you can redirect your delivery to the correct address.
- For international orders, please reach out to DHL directly here with your Air Waybill Number (DHL tracking number) as soon as possible.
No, duties and taxes are not included. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the receiver.
Import fees are government-imposed and vary by country. These are not controlled by by charlotte and are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
Unfortunately, unclaimed parcels may be destroyed by customs authorities or returned to us. If your parcel is destroyed, we are unable to provide a refund. If we canget this returned, your order will be refunded less any associated return costs. We recommend reaching out to our CustomerCare team before refusing delivery so we can assist.
If you are unable to pay for your local fees we are here to help. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team immediately so that we can provide the next steps from there.In order for a refund to be processed, the item must be successfully returned to our warehouse in its original condition. Unfortunately, if a parcel is abandoned, confiscated, or otherwise not received back, we are unable to recover the item or the associated costs.
