GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


These terms and conditions shall apply in respect of all purchases from By Charlotte unless they are specifically varied in writing and signed by and on behalf of both By Charlotte and the purchaser of the Product (Purchaser). Unless otherwise set out in this Agreement, any reference to time shall be of the essence. If any provision of the contract or of these terms and conditions is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or for any purpose, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions if on deletion of the offending provision the remaining provisions of the contract can be given effect in line with the basic intention of the parties, and to this end any offending provision is declared to be severable. By Charlotte and the Purchaser agree that the proper law of the contract shall be that of the State of New South Wales, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of that State.

*The Black Friday promotion will begin at 1:00pm (AEDT) on 26th November 2020 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 30 November 2020 (the “End Date”) and will only be valid during this time. The discount code “BFCM20” must be applied at checkout when purchasing online to receive 20% Off selected styles and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. The Black Friday promotional offer is only valid on www.bycharlotte.com.au and in-store at our Paddington Flagship boutique.

The following products are excluded from this sale; 14k Solid Gold, 14k Solid White Gold jewellery, Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers.

Returns will not be accepted on items during this sale period. Items may be exchanged for a credit note. By Charlotte complies with Australian Consumer Law and our products come with a Consumer Guarantee that ensures our products are sold without faults & are the same as described online. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please contact our customer care team.
