1. Promoter

• The promoter is By Charlotte Pty Ltd (ABN 88 605 001 278).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens on the 13 January, 2026, and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 9 February 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must scan the QR code in store and submit the online entry form, or submit the entry form, providing a valid email address and mobile number during the Competition Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

5. Marketing Consent

• By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from By Charlotte via email and SMS. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One Velvet Lotus Jewellery Box in Dusty Rose, valued at $349
• A pre-selection of jewellery from By Charlotte’s Close Your Eyes collection, valued at $1,500. The winner is not able to select the pieces themselves.
• Total prize value is $1,850 AUD.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly drawn on 10 February 2026.
• The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be shipped to an Australian address nominated by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss or damage once the prize has been dispatched.

By submitting your Keepsake Story, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility 

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older. 
• Entrants must reside in Australia or any country where By Charlotte ships. 

2. How to Enter 

• Submit your personal “keepsake story” via email to mykeepsake@bycharlotte.com.au 
• You may include an image that represents your story (optional but encouraged). 
• Only one entry per person per month is allowed. 

3. Consent to Share 

• By submitting your story (and any accompanying images), you grant By Charlotte the right to publish, share, and promote your entry across all our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. 
• You acknowledge that your first name and story may be publicly attributed to you. 

4. Prize 

• Each month, one (1) winner will be selected and awarded a $50 digital gift voucher to spend on By Charlotte’s online store. 
• The voucher is online-only and non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used in-store.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
