By submitting your Keepsake Story, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Submit your personal “keepsake story” via email to mykeepsake@bycharlotte.com.au
You may include an image that represents your story (optional but encouraged).
Only one entry per person per month is allowed.

3. Consent to Share

By submitting your story (and any accompanying images), you grant by charlotte the right to publish, share, and promote your entry across all our social media channels, website, and marketing materials.
You acknowledge that your first name and story may be publicly attributed to you.

4. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will be selected and awarded a $50 digital gift voucher to spend on by charlotte’s online store.
The voucher is online-only and non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used in-store.
Standard voucher terms and conditions apply (expiry, usage restrictions, etc.).

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be drawn on the last day of each calendar month.
The winner will be contacted via the email address used for submission within 3 business days of the draw.
If the selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be chosen.

6. Use of Submitted Content

All entries may be featured on by charlotte’s social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
By entering, you confirm that the submitted story and any accompanying content is your own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this initiative and contacting winners.

8. General

Any decision made by by charlotte regarding the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
