• The By Charlotte Rundle Place Grand Opening Promotion ("Promotion") is available exclusively at the By Charlotte Rundle Place Boutique on Saturday, 22 August 2026 during advertised event hours ("Promotion Period"). 
• Under this Promotion: (a) the first fifty (50) customers in line at the commencement of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) $50 By Charlotte gift card; and (b) the first fifty (50) customers to make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) limited-edition By Charlotte gift bag containing gifts from participating brand partners. 
• Gift cards are limited to one (1) per eligible customer and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Customers must be physically present and queued at the boutique to be eligible. By Charlotte reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine customer order in the queue. 
• Gift bags are limited to one (1) per transaction and one (1) per customer. Gift bags are available only to customers who make a purchase during the Promotion Period and are strictly limited to the first fifty (50) qualifying purchases. Gift bag contents may vary and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. 
• The Promotion includes complimentary custom By Charlotte Sweet Splits Cookies available while stocks last. Cookies are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and By Charlotte does not guarantee availability throughout the Promotion Period. 
• Gift cards issued under this Promotion are subject to the standard By Charlotte Gift Card Terms and Conditions. 
• The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit. 
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated by By Charlotte. 
• By Charlotte reserves the right to substitute any gift bag item, partner product or promotional item with an item of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
