PADDINGTON BOUTIQUE PIERCING PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• The By Charlotte Piercing Party promotion ("Promotion") is available exclusively at the By Charlotte Paddington boutique on Saturday 11th July 2026 during normal trading hours. 
• Under this Promotion, the standard piercing service fee will be waived when a customer purchases eligible piercing jewellery at the time of their piercing appointment or walk-in service. 
• A jewellery purchase is required for each piercing service. The Promotion applies to the piercing service fee only and does not apply to the cost of jewellery. 
• The Promotion is available for both walk-in customers and booked appointments; however, all piercing services are subject to availability, piercer capacity and health and safety requirements. Customers may be required to wait and service cannot be guaranteed. 
• The Promotion is available on an appointment and walk in basis and is not redeemable before or after the Promotion date. 
• The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit. 
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated by By Charlotte. 
• Customers must meet all piercing eligibility requirements, including age verification and consent requirements where applicable. By Charlotte reserves the right to refuse a piercing service where it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable or otherwise inconsistent with professional piercing standards. 
• To the extent permitted by law, By Charlotte reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. 
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on consumers by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
