Terms and Conditions 

1. Promoter The promoter is By Charlotte (“the Promoter”). 

2. Eligibility 

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 
  • By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. 

3. Competition Period 

  • The competition opens at 12:01am AEDT 6th December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December 2025 (“Competition Period”). 
  • Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter To enter, participants must: 

  1. Scan the QR code provided in promotional materials; and 
  2. Complete and submit the entry form with their correct and valid details. 

Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, illegible, or false entries will be deemed invalid. 

5. Prize Details One (1) winner will receive The Ultimate Summer Vacation Prize Pack valued at $2,360, including: 

  • A luxury one-night hotel stay for two at The Eve Hotel, Sydney. 
  • A ‘Luxe Gals’ Escape For Two at The Parlour Room, valued at $590. 
  • A $350 dining voucher at Olympus. 
  • Matching By Charlotte Kindred Birthstone Bracelets for the winner and their chosen loved one. 

Total Prize Value: $2,360 AUD. Prize values are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change. 

6. Prize Conditions 

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
  • The winner is responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including travel, parking, meals not included in the prize, and any other costs associated with redeeming the prize. 
  • Hotel stay and service bookings are subject to availability and must comply with the terms and conditions of the respective providers. 
  • The Promoter is not responsible for cancellations or changes made by third-party prize suppliers. 

7. Winner Selection & Notification 

  • The winner will be drawn at random on 26 December 2025. 
  • The winner will be contacted directly via the email address supplied on their entry form within 48 hours of the draw. 
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

8. Privacy By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 

9. Marketing Consent By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Participants may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications. 

10. Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damages, or expenses resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance and use of the prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility for: 

  • entries not received due to technical issues, 
  • third-party service changes or cancellations, or 
  • any tax liability incurred by the winner. 

11. General 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. 
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

How to Enter

Prize Details

4. Prize
