- No Changing Photo: Once you have selected and uploaded your photo, it cannot be changed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct photo before submitting your order.
- One photo per locket order.
Processing Time:
- If you opt into our complimentary printing service, please allow 48 – 72 business hours for your order to be processed. This processing time may be extended during peak periods. Excluding same day delivery orders. This will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Quality of Images: Please note that the cropping and quality of your images is done in-house and may vary. We will do our best to ensure that your photo looks beautiful in your locket necklace, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to your original photo.
- Colour of Photos: Photos will be printed in colour as supplied. However, please note that due to differences in computer monitors and printers, the colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
- Printing Quality: Your image will be printed in colour on photo paper.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains inappropriate photos. Inappropriate photos include, but are not limited to, photos that are offensive, obscene, or infringe on the rights of others.

Your privacy:
- We are committed to protecting your privacy at by charlotte. Once an order is placed with an image attached, the image will be stored on a 3rd party platform until the image is printed and dispatched with your locket.
- Your image will then be securely deleted from our systems, with only one copy being stored with your order details and protected by encryption on our E-commerce Platform. Your image will not be used for any other purposes without your explicit consent.

The Jewellery itself was absolutely beautiful, all their jewellery on their website looks stunning but I was disappointed to see that the locket I received was done poorly, the photo is just a glossy print photo that is cut out and inserted into the necklace where as I thought spending so much money on the jewellery it would be waterproof and the photo would be covered in some sort of resin. It is my bad for not doing enough research on the product itself but overall the jewellery and the company is lovely and I would still shop there for other items that are not personalised.
BCby charlotte10 minutes agoThank you for your valued feedback Madison! The images we offer are printed onto a glossy Kodak print paper and then carefully placed into each locket. Due to the nature of our 18k Vermeil Gold, these are not made to be waterproof. A great alternative is our 14k lockets which are waterproof and would be okay housing the Kodak images in water.

The sweetest way to keep my little one close! Ive been purchased other lockets before but found the hinge was quite clunky and they didnt last very long. But this locket seems to be really well made with the hinges opening and closing with ease and the personalised photo was such a nice touch!
