All of these stop within about a 7-minute walk of the centre. You can also connect via the Mandurah Line train and transfer to buses for a short walk in.

Westfield Booragoon sits between Leach Highway and Canning Highway on Riseley Street, which is under 15 minutes from Perth CBD. Using your car’s navigation system, head to the centre where you can access Westfield's extensive on-site parking options, including accessible and parents’ spaces. From the car park lifts, you can head to Level 1 and walk to by charlotte.

Yes, By Charlotte jewellery store in Booragoon is wheelchair accessible. The store itself is a kiosk-style, open on all sides. You can access it via Westfields step-free entrances, lifts, and wide walkways, allowing smooth access from parking areas through to the boutique.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is needed. We encourage you to stop by, try on your favourite pieces or admire our new designs. If you’d like a personal styling session or our locket personalisation services, we suggest chatting with one of our stylists.

Can I return stock to the store?

Items purchased instore at one of our boutiques or kiosks can be returned to our Booragoon jewellery store, provided they comply with our returns policy. This excludes earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved pieces or pieces that were marked ‘final sale’. Online purchases cannot be returned instore and need to be returned via our online returns portal.
