If you’re nearby, Castle Towers Shopping Centre is easily accessible via pedestrian pathways from Castle Street. Once inside, follow the signage to Level 1, where our kiosk is located.

By Public Transport

Getting to our Castle Towers jewellery store is easy by public transport. Multiple bus routes stop at the Castle Hill Bus Interchange, which is a short walk from the centre. For train travel, the Metro North West line connects Castle Hill to Chatswood and the city with easy access to the centre via the Metro tunnel into Level 1. Use navigation tools to get to Castle Towers Shopping Centre. Once you arrive, there’s an on-site ticketless car park that offers 4,700 parking spaces, including undercover options. Parking is free of charge for the first 3 hours. Enter via Castle Street or Old Northern Road and follow the centre signage to Level 1.

Items purchased at any of our boutiques or kiosks can be returned to our Castle Towers jewellery store. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and comply with our returns policy.
