If exploring Chadstone jewellery shops on foot and you’re already near Chadstone Shopping Centre, enter via any of the main Ground Level entrances (Dandenong Road or Warrigal Road). Follow signage towards the fashion and accessories wing, then look for shop K-0154, a blush pink kiosk on the Ground level.

If you’re coming from the city, the free Chatstone Tourist Shuttle leaves regularly from Federation Square (Coach Bay #1) and will drop you off at the visitors’ lounge on the ground level.

Chadstone is around 17km from Melbourne CBD and can be easily accessed via Dandenong Road. Ample free parking is available across the shopping centre car parks. Signage will guide you to the ground level upon arrival.

No appointment is needed. We encourage you to stop by, try on your favourite pieces or admire our new designs. If you’d like a personal styling session or our locket personalisation services, we suggest chatting with one of our stylists.
Can I return stock to the store?
Items purchased instore at one of our boutiques or kiosks can be returned to our Chadstone jewellery store, provided they comply with our returns policy. This excludes earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved pieces or pieces that were marked ‘final sale’. Online purchases cannot be returned instore and need to be returned via our online returns portal.
