If you’re already at Chermside Shopping Centre, make your way to Level 1 and look for the By Charlotte blush pink kiosk, opposite Seafolly. The kiosk is easy to find as you browse the centre, offering an inviting place to pause, spend time with our new arrivals, and try on your favourite pieces.

By Charlotte Chermside is located within Westfield Chermside, around 10km from Brisbane CBD, where you can access parking across multiple car park areas. Standard parking includes 2 hours free. There is also a valet parking service available.

Is the full By Charlotte range available in store?

Our Chermside kiosk carries a curated selection of most-loved pieces, new season arrivals,  and collection highlights. If you’re searching for a particular style, we recommend calling ahead to check availability with our team.

Is there nearby parking?

Yes, customers of jewellery stores at Chermside have access to Westfield’s extensive car parking facilities across multiple levels. The car park uses number plate technology at entry and exit. Standard parking includes 2 hours free, while Westfield members can enjoy 4 hours free parking. 

Is the store wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Westfield is fully wheelchair accessible, with lift access, wide aisles, accessible parking, and restrooms available. The By Charlotte jewellery store at Chermside is an open-format retail space, which provides easy access from all sides.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is needed. We encourage you to stop by, try on your favourite pieces or admire our new designs. If you’d like a personal styling session or our locket personalisation services, we suggest chatting with one of our stylists.

Can I return stock to the store?

Items purchased instore at one of our boutiques or kiosks can be returned to our Booragoon jewellery store, provided they comply with our returns policy. This excludes earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved pieces or pieces that were marked ‘final sale’. Online purchases cannot be returned instore and need to be returned via our online returns portal.
