Can I return stock to the store?
Items purchased instore at one of our boutiques or kiosks can be returned to our Claremont jewellery store, provided they comply with our returns policy. This excludes earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved pieces or pieces that were marked ‘final sale’. Online purchases cannot be returned instore and need to be returned via our online returns portal.
