Items purchased at By Charlotte jewellery stores can be returned or exchanged at our Highpoint jewellery kiosk, in line with our returns policy. Items marked ‘final sale’, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and engraved pieces are not eligible for return. Online purchases must be returned following our online returns process.
