Yes, Karrinyup Shopping Centre offers extensive on-site parking with multiple entry points and thousands of bays. Once parked, lifts and escalators provide easy access to Level 1, where by charlotte is located opposite the Mecca boutique.

Is the store wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all of the jewellery stores in Karrinyup are wheelchair accessible via the shopping centre’s step-free entrances. Accessible parking bays are located throughout the centre, and lifts provide direct access to level 1. The store itself is kiosk-style and open on all sides.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is needed. We encourage you to stop by, try on your favourite pieces or admire our new designs. If you’d like a personal styling session or our locket personalisation services, we suggest chatting with one of our stylists.

Can I return stock to the store?

Items purchased instore at one of our boutiques or kiosks can be returned to our jewellery stores, provided they comply with our returns policy. This excludes earrings (for hygiene reasons), engraved pieces or pieces that were marked ‘final sale’. Online purchases cannot be returned instore and need to be returned via our online returns portal.
