Town Hall station is directly connected to the QVB with a lower walkway that feeds you directly into the lower ground floor of the building. There are numerous bus services available near York, Clarence and George St, as well as the CBD light rail stop that stops directly outside on George St. Plan your trip for precise timings and most efficient routes.

By Car

Use navigation tools to drive to the Queen Victoria Building. If you’re driving, secure paid parking is available at the QVB Car Park (York Street). Secure Parking on Kent St and Wilson Parking on Sussex Street are also amongst the most convenient options.

Can I return stock to the store?

Yes, you can return or exchange your in-store purchases at our jewellery store, QVB, in line with our returns policy. If you made your purchase online, however, please lodge your return request via our online returns portal. Please note we don’t accept exchanges or returns on earrings, engraved pieces or items marked ‘final sale’.
