Can I return stock to the store?

Items purchased at a By Charlotte boutique or kiosk can be returned to our Emporium jewellery store within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the terms of our returns policy. Online purchases, however, can’t be returned to the boutique and must follow the online returns process.
