Appointments are available across two exclusive weekends at QVB, Sydney. Each session includes a personalised consultation and custom fitting, approximately 30 minutes per person. Book together and create a memory that lives on, worn close each day.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your appointment, with walk-ins welcome where availability allows.

Permanent jewellery is a fine chain, custom fitted to your wrist and seamlessly connected without a clasp. Designed to be worn always, it becomes a lasting expression of connection, intention, and memory.
Each appointment is approximately 30 minutes, including your consultation, custom fitting, and welding.
Yes. While designed for continuous wear, your piece can be safely removed by cutting the chain. We also offer instore re-welding should you wish to have it reconnected.
Yes. Your piece is crafted in 14k solid gold, making it suitable for everyday wear. This includes showering, swimming, and sleeping.
We offer a 6-month aftercare period. If your piece needs repair or replacement within this time, our team will assist you in restoring it.
We recommend booking to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

Yes. You can select from a curated collection of fine chains designed for layering, personalisation, and everyday wear.
All Permanent Jewellery services are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Our Permanent Bracelets are carefully soldered for everyday wear. In the unlikely event that your bracelet comes off or is lost, please note that lost chains or charms are not covered under warranty and we’re unable to offer replacements.
Yes, absolutely! Please book one appointment per person.
Permanent Jewellery services require a credit card to reserve an appointment; we will securely capture your card details at the time of booking. In case of a no-show, late arrival, or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, there will be a charge of $50 to the card provided when booking.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, please contact our Sydney QVB Store on 0410 601 408. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time and for any reason.
We recommend this experience for those 16 years and over. For younger guests, a parent or guardian must be present.
