When not being worn, store your jewellery in a safe, dry place where it is away from direct sunlight.

How to clean 14k gold jewellery

While 14k gold is made to last a lifetime, it does require gentle care and occasional polishing. 
To maintain the shine of your jewellery, gently clean it with a soft-bristled brush or cloth using warm water and detergent-free soap.
We recommend using Hagerty Jewel Clean, then rinse, dry, and polish with a soft jewellery cloth.
Don’t use abrasive cleaners. 
Ultrasonic cleaners are safe to use on 14k gold jewellery.

Let us help you find the perfect fit! Remember to measure the correct finger on the correct hand, as they'll vary in size. To ensure that the ring fits over your knuckle, we recommend measuring when your hands are warm, as cold weather can shrink your finger.

Measure an Existing Ring

1. Find a ring that fits the finger on which you'd like to wear your by charlotte ring.

2. Take a ruler or measuring tape and measure the inner diameter of the ring.

3. Take a note of the millimetres, not centimetres.

4. Use our size chart above to find your perfect size.

Use Our Ring Sizer

1. Push the end of the ring sizer through the buckle, pulling to form a ring shape large enough to easily slip onto your finger.

2. Adjust the width around your finger until you are comfortable and confident that it won't slip off. Note that the correct size should allow the ring sizer to move over the knuckle without too much effort.

3. Take a note of which number the arrow is pointing to.

Be Careful
The ring is beautiful, but be careful with sizing. I measured carefully using the By Charlotte size guide, however the ring was too big and I am unable to exchange the ring for a smaller size as they don’t offer exchanges.

Stunning 🤩
I always get compliments on my 14k Gold Tranquility Ring, it’s beautifully dainty and elegant. I also have the 14k Gold Light of The Moon Ring which I wear on the same hand and they look great together. The Tranquility Ring was on my wish list for so long and I am so glad I have this in my life.
