As By Charlotte is my absolute favourite jewellery brand and I own multiple pieces, this review is written reluctantly. I purchased the “14k Solid Gold Water Drop Diamond Bracelet” two years ago and have worn it only twice due to how precious and expensive it is to me. On both occasions, the bracelet unclipped and fell off. The first time, I noticed it was missing and found it; the second time, I wasn’t so lucky. I believe this is due to a design issue, as the clip rests on the connector.
I was devastated that the bracelet broke and even considered repurchasing it. However, I later saw on the By Charlotte website that the price has increased from $499 to $849 in just two years, which was shocking.
I feel awful leaving a poor review for a brand I love, but for the price, the quality should have been better.
