My husband bought this bangle and within 30 days, it has opened and dropped whilst out...twice! I almost lost this bangle, twice and it's so expensive for what it's worth. The customer service is also belittling as they don't handle information provided with reasons that it could be a manufacture problem. They only state that it needs a clean and take it back as it is. Customer service for a $550 piece is disappointing. Don't buy this bangle because you will be throwing $550 on the streets ... literally, when you lose this bangle and another finds it.
