Each by charlotte Gift Box is housed for protection in a cardboard mailing box and padded with cardboard filling to ensure it arrives with you or a loved one, safe and sound.

Our Gift Boxes are 100% recyclable, please care for our environment and recycle responsibly.

This option can fit a maximum of 4-5 pieces of jewellery. Prints will not fit in our gift boxes.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed during or after sale and promotional periods.

by charlotte accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. (Valid from Friday 1st November to Tuesday 31st December 2024) We do not accept returns on the following:

• Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the by charlotte box provided.
• All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.

Packaging may vary according to supply and promotional periods. All by charlotte orders are sent in bubble-wrapped satchels for the security of your pieces.
