By Charlotte accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. This extended holiday return period applies to all orders placed between 5 November 2025 and 2 January 2026.
Our standard 30 day return period applies to orders placed outside of these dates.
We do not accept returns on the following:

Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the by charlotte box provided.
