Breathe in optimism and exhale what no longer serves you with our Silver Breathe Spinning Meditation Ring. Adorned with crystal clusters, this piece has been designed to bring you moments of calm as you spin the ring’s middle band. Inscribed with the mantra “Inhale, Exhale” on the inside of the band, this design is a mindful reminder to find stillness throughout your daily routine.

Due to the thicker nature of this design, it will offer a tighter fit. We suggest sizing up from your normal size.

Available in 18k gold vermeil and sterling silver

Available in sizes US 5 - 10.
Band height: 5mm.
Set with white cubic zirconia.
Spinning mechanism - the middle band will spin when pushed.

We use 925 sterling silver, which is a lightweight metal made of 92.5% pure silver. The remaining 7.5% comprises alloy, which makes our jewellery durable and perfect for everyday wear.

What to know about sterling silver jewellery

Proactive maintenance is the best way to prolong the lifespan of sterling silver. 
Contact with perfume and cosmetic products can cause sterling silver jewellery to tarnish.
To mitigate against tarnishing, wear your jewellery often! The more you wear it, the less maintenance it needs.

How to store sterling silver jewellery

If not stored properly, sterling silver jewellery can be prone to oxidising — this is the ‘tarnishing’ that you may experience.
We suggest that you do not store your jewels in our gift boxes long term. Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Store it with the anti-tarnishing tab that came with your purchase to protect against moisture during storage.

How to clean sterling silver jewellery

Proactive maintenance is the best way to prolong the lifespan of sterling silver. 
Clean by wiping with a soft, dry polishing cloth, or use a silver cleaner solution to soak the jewellery before buffing gently with a silver polishing cloth.
Ultrasonic cleaners are safe to use on silver jewellery. 
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or brushes, as these can scratch the silver.

Let us help you find the perfect fit! Remember to measure the correct finger on the correct hand, as they'll vary in size. To ensure that the ring fits over your knuckle, we recommend measuring when your hands are warm, as cold weather can shrink your finger.

Measure an Existing Ring

1. Find a ring that fits the finger on which you'd like to wear your by charlotte ring.

2. Take a ruler or measuring tape and measure the inner diameter of the ring.

3. Take a note of the millimetres, not centimetres.

4. Use our size chart above to find your perfect size.

Use Our Ring Sizer

1. Push the end of the ring sizer through the buckle, pulling to form a ring shape large enough to easily slip onto your finger.

2. Adjust the width around your finger until you are comfortable and confident that it won't slip off. Note that the correct size should allow the ring sizer to move over the knuckle without too much effort.

3. Take a note of which number the arrow is pointing to.

Spins well but looks and feels cheap.
Pros: Spins really smoothly, fits as described
Cons: Looks cheaper than it is - the middle band has a tinfoil look. Clashes with fine jewellery.
Wore it to work the past 2 days and had 3 people raise their eyes and comment on the ring i.e. "did you pick it up at the sunday market?"
