Due to the thicker nature of this design, it will offer a tighter fit. We suggest sizing up from your normal size.

We use 925 sterling silver, which is a lightweight metal made of 92.5% pure silver. The remaining 7.5% comprises alloy, which makes our jewellery durable and perfect for everyday wear.
What to know about sterling silver jewellery
- Proactive maintenance is the best way to prolong the lifespan of sterling silver.
- Contact with perfume and cosmetic products can cause sterling silver jewellery to tarnish.
- To mitigate against tarnishing, wear your jewellery often! The more you wear it, the less maintenance it needs.
How to store sterling silver jewellery
- If not stored properly, sterling silver jewellery can be prone to oxidising — this is the ‘tarnishing’ that you may experience.
- We suggest that you do not store your jewels in our gift boxes long term. Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Store it with the anti-tarnishing tab that came with your purchase to protect against moisture during storage.
How to clean sterling silver jewellery
- Proactive maintenance is the best way to prolong the lifespan of sterling silver.
- Clean by wiping with a soft, dry polishing cloth, or use a silver cleaner solution to soak the jewellery before buffing gently with a silver polishing cloth.
- Ultrasonic cleaners are safe to use on silver jewellery.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or brushes, as these can scratch the silver.

By Charlotte accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. This extended holiday return period applies to all orders placed between 5 November 2025 and 2 January 2026.
Our standard 30 day return period applies to orders placed outside of these dates.
We do not accept returns on the following:

- Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
- Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the by charlotte box provided.

Measure an Existing Ring
1. Find a ring that fits the finger on which you'd like to wear your by charlotte ring.
2. Take a ruler or measuring tape and measure the inner diameter of the ring.
3. Take a note of the millimetres, not centimetres.
4. Use our size chart above to find your perfect size.
Use Our Ring Sizer
1. Push the end of the ring sizer through the buckle, pulling to form a ring shape large enough to easily slip onto your finger.
2. Adjust the width around your finger until you are comfortable and confident that it won't slip off. Note that the correct size should allow the ring sizer to move over the knuckle without too much effort.
3. Take a note of which number the arrow is pointing to.

Absolutely love the look of this ring, it is beautiful. The only thing causing me to do a 4 star instead of a 5 is that I find it quite rough and scratchy on my skin on the fingers either side of the ring, due to how chunky it is. I still adore it and wear it but not quite every day due to my skin needing a break from it.
