From time to time we are able to offer some of our most wished for items on Pre order. For all of the information on our pre order products please see further details and FAQ's below.

Terms & Conditions

Styles marked as Pre-Order will arrive at our warehouse on the specified date listed in the item description.
If you purchase a Pre-Order item, you will still receive a confirmation for your order once it has been placed.
You will hear from us again when your Pre-Order item has arrived into our warehouse and is ready to be dispatched.
We will send then send you a shipping confirmation once it has been shipped.
You do not need to follow this up, we promise we haven’t forgotten you!
If you order more than one item, and any one of them is a Pre-Order style, your order will be partially fulfilled with the ready-to-ship items sent first. Pre-Order order styles will be sent at a later date.

Pre Order FAQ's

If I place a pre order, do I pay now or when it arrives?

In order to secure your item, we take payment at the time of transaction and will ship the item to you once it is received.

What do I do if I change my mind?

If you change your mind and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service by emailing us at customercare@bycharlotte.com.au or call us on Ph:(02) 8030 7095

I've ordered multiple items, will they all arrive with my preorder?
