$50 Spring Promotion

• The By Charlotte Spring $50 Gift with a Minimum Spend of $250 or More promotion ("Promotion") is available online at bycharlotte.com.au and redeemable in stores when EDM is shown.  
• The Promotion commences at 11:59pm AEST on 20th September 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on 27th  September 2026. 
• The full $50 value of the promotional code must be redeemed in a single eligible transaction with a minimum spend of $250 AUD, after any applicable discounts and before shipping charges. Any unused portion of the $50 value will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward, credited, refunded or redeemed in a subsequent transaction. 
• Each promotional code is unique and valid for one use only. Once a code has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.

• The Promotion applies only to purchases made during the promotional period and is not applicable to prior purchases, gift cards or shipping charges. 
• This offer is limited to one eligible transaction per order and is non-transferable. It cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other alternative. 
• If an order that qualified for the Promotion is returned, any refund will reflect the discounted purchase price paid.
