• This promotion commences on 4 August 2026 (AEST) and is available while stocks last. By Charlotte reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice. 
• Customers who spend $299 AUD or more in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, will receive one (1) Rise and Bloom Silk Scrunchie Set, while stocks last. 
• Customers who spend $449 AUD or more in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, may choose only one gift per eligible transaction. 
• Eligible customers will receive the highest qualifying gift only. Gifts cannot be combined or exchanged. 
• The gift with purchase is limited to one gift per customer and one gift per eligible transaction.

PIERCING VOUCHER 

*TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• The By Charlotte Complimentary Piercing Voucher ("Voucher") is valid exclusively at the By Charlotte Paddington Boutique until 11 August 2026. 
• The Voucher entitles the holder to one (1) complimentary piercing service. A jewellery purchase is required at the time of redemption. The Voucher applies to the piercing service fee only and does not apply to the cost of jewellery. 
• The Voucher may be redeemed by booking an appointment directly with the By Charlotte Paddington Boutique via phone or by attending as a walk-in customer. Booking online will result in payment of the piercing service fee. All piercing services are subject to availability, piercer capacity and health and safety requirements. Walk-in customers may be required to wait and service cannot be guaranteed. 
• The original Voucher must be presented in-store at the time of redemption. Photocopies, digital copies or reproductions will not be accepted. 
• The Voucher is valid for one-time use only and expires on 11 August 2026. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. 
• The Voucher is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit. 
• The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated by By Charlotte. 
• Customers must meet all piercing eligibility requirements, including age verification and consent requirements where applicable. By Charlotte reserves the right to refuse a piercing service where it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable or otherwise inconsistent with professional piercing standards. 
• Lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers will not be replaced. 
• To the extent permitted by law, By Charlotte reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
