The locket is beautiful exactly as shown in the website. It’s shine and tiny. But the cons is I need to take it off every time when shower because the water can get inside and damage the photo even they give 4 spares photos to replace.

The Jewellery itself was absolutely beautiful, all their jewellery on their website looks stunning but I was disappointed to see that the locket I received was done poorly, the photo is just a glossy print photo that is cut out and inserted into the necklace where as I thought spending so much money on the jewellery it would be waterproof and the photo would be covered in some sort of resin. It is my bad for not doing enough research on the product itself but overall the jewellery and the company is lovely and I would still shop there for other items that are not personalised.
BCby charlotte1 year agoThank you for your valued feedback Madison! The images we offer are printed onto a glossy Kodak print paper and then carefully placed into each locket. Due to the nature of our 18k Vermeil Gold, these are not made to be waterproof. A great alternative is our 14k lockets which are waterproof and would be okay housing the Kodak images in water.
