Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on the 14 April, 2026, and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 9 May 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must scan the QR code in store and submit the online entry form, or submit the entry form, providing a valid email address and mobile number during the Competition Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

5. Marketing Consent

By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from By Charlotte via email and SMS. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Two Heart Shaped Jewellery Box in Dark Red, valued at $158.
Two Solid Gold Always With You Diamond Padlock Necklaces from By Charlotte, valued at $1,398. The winner is not able to select the pieces themselves.
Total prize value is $1,500 AUD.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly drawn on 11 May 2026.
The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to an Australian address nominated by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss or damage once the prize has been dispatched.

9. Privacy
