I really like the design of this necklace, however the chain snapped with barely any pressure after owning it for around a year and nine months. It had also started to tarnish with normal wear. This is unfortunately the second By Charlotte piece I’ve had break, which makes me question the overall quality. While the jewellery is beautiful, I wouldn’t purchase again due to my repeated experience.

Such a beautiful necklace but only a few months after receiving it the necklace quickly tarnished, the chain on one side is almost silver and the sides of the pendent are now silver as well.
